## 1. Class Registration

– To enroll in any of our CPR classes, you must complete the online registration process and pay the required class fee.

– Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Your spot is not confirmed until payment has been received.

## 2. Payment Policy

– All class fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

– For group classes with **10 or more participants**, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount and due date will be provided at the time of booking.

– The remaining balance for group classes must be paid no later than [insert number] days before the scheduled class date.

## 3. No Refunds Policy

– No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or failure to attend the class for any reason.

– We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to instructor illness, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you may choose to receive credit for a future class or transfer your registration to another available date.

– For group classes with a deposit, changes in participant numbers or class date must be communicated to us at least [insert number] days in advance. Additional charges may apply if the group size increases.

## 5. Participant Requirements
